[Gossip] Home Improvement's Taran Noah Smith Charged With DUI And Drug Possession

He faces up to a year and a half in jail...
Taran Noah Smith, former star of Home Improvement, has been charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after his arrest earlier this month.
He was arrested on February 1 when cops saw him behind the wheel of a Honda Accord parked in front of a fire hydrant. When they investigated, the said Smith had a "strong odor" of cannabis.
Both charges are misdemeanors and if convicted, he will face a year and a half in jail and $1,500 in fines. A hearing is set for March.
